This market aims to conclude, after a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with a single contractor specializing in: • The development of development concepts and planning plans; • The development of execution plans and an execution budgetcorrespondent; • The execution and complete coordination of development work, including monitoring of the development of offices and larger structural and engineering works having an impact on the development. This includes monitoring work on the site, theCoordination with the other parties concerned and quality control, planning and budget monitoring throughout the process; • The development and execution of the exchange plan management plan, in particular the transformation of the work environment and helping people and teamsto succeed in the transition to their new working environment thanks to a participatory approach; • Planning, coordination and effective execution of moves in new offices.
