• With this selection guide, the Contracting Authority wishes to question the market for the implementation of an integrated design and construction assignment (Design & Build) for the architectural part of the new high-voltage head station on the Sint-Jan campus. This investment is essential to support the proposed expansions of the campus, in the context of the ZOL Master Plan 2030, and to increase the electrical capacity of the site from approximately 5.3 MVA to 15 MVA, in line with a future-oriented and sustainable energy concept based on heat pumps. The new head station forms a critical link in the energy supply of the hospital campus and functions as a single point of failure, which ensures exceptionally high reliability, security and structural integrity. quality required.
