Description:
This design and built contract concerns studies and works aimed at the implementation of a BSL2 biosafety level stem cell laboratory, on level 4 of building B36 at ULiege. The contract includes: - The design and complete studies of the project based on the specificationsperformance and layout joints (for information only in this guide and available in final version in phase 2); - The production of schematic diagram plans at the studies, validation and execution stages; - Carrying out the work according to validated plans and studies; - The backsier as built complete; - Staff training As this is a design and built contract, the successful bidder bears the design and construction risk as well as that relating to the provision of the works within the planned deadlines. The successful bidder must respect the budgetand maximum provided for in its offer, which must be less than or equal to that provided for by the contracting authority, i.e. an amount capped at €600,000.00 excluding VAT.
