Description:
This Design and Build contract concerns the studies and works aimed at the implementation of two BSL3 biosafety level laboratories and four A3 biosafety level animal facilities, within the B40 building at ULiège (hall part). The contract includes: - The design, surveys and complete studies of the project based on the performance book and layouts carried out by LSB as part of a prior feasibility study mission. In order not to harm competition and in accordance with article 52 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement, all of the deliverables of this mission are provided to candidates interested in this selection guide and the consultation period (phase 2 of this market procedure) is extended. Concerning activities relating to animal stores, these documents are provided upon written request to CESAME (marches@uliege.be) after signing a confidentiality undertaking. - The production of plans and diagrams principles at the stage of studies, validation and execution. - Fine coordination with the technical services of ULiège, user representatives and the stability and special techniques design offices, in charge of studies and control of the execution of the health and energy renovation of the building envelope and systems (in particular HVAC, electricity, fire detection and emergency current), and the layout of the ...
