Provision of a software solution in SaaS mode within the IFAPME via an HR portal on the management of "soft HR" processes within the IFAPME, the management of the databases of employees in office, stations, function and skills profiles as well asManagement of individual administrative files. The provision of a software solution on: management of "soft hr" processes within the IFAPME, including: - Recruitment - Support support • Onboarding (pre -reception, reception and integration) • Evaluation •FORMATION - Officer Management of employees' databases in office, positions, function and skills profiles. The underlying management of individual administrative files. Services will be made available via an HR portal, including: - Management of"soft HR" process and documents, internal to the HR team; - a self-service employee, intended for employees, for interactions and individual documents concerning them; - a self-service manager, for managers, for interactions and documents relating tomembers of their team. 2.
