- The assignment takes place within the framework of the Sustainable Neighborhood Contract (DWC) Peterbos.
A neighborhood contract is a regional program to
revalue and therefore improve the quality of life in underprivileged neighborhoods. In order to meet the needs identified in the context of the diagnose, which was realized during the programming of the DWC Peterbos, envisages the demolition of a multi-storey parking garage to build a sports and club facility, as well as to convert its roof into a public space oriented towards the neighborhood.
