- Purpose of the work: "Demolition of a multi-storey car park and construction of a sports and community facilities center located at Parc du Peterbos at 1070 Anderlecht. This contract concerns the call for tenders for the demolition work of the existing car park and the new construction of a sports hallwith associative functions. In accordance with article 57 §1 of the Law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement, the contract is subdivided into four lots whose nature, purpose and characteristics are defined in the technical part of these special specifications. • Lot 1_Asbestos removale • Lot 2 _ Demolition and construction • Lot 3_Ironwork • Lot 4_Sports equipment As part of a second, separate call for tenders, the landscaping of the environment around the building will also be the subject of a call for tenders 'offers.
