- Description:
- The current cold rooms of the mortuary are located on Campus Gasthuisberg BD 23 N02 BR 3.2.A and no longer meet current standards. The cooling installation was last replaced in 2011 and is therefore at the end of its lifespan. The command exists from a total contract in which the Entrepreneur is integrally responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, performance and delivery, as well as for any subcontractors. The works include: - demolition of the current cold stores; - design, supply, installation, connection, commissioning, testing and delivery of three new cold rooms in accordance with the technical regulations, including the refrigeration installation, control, drains and two ergonomic lifting trolleys; - the continuity of the guarantee mortuary operation during the execution of the works by means of temporary cooling facilities (flexmorts). The Entrepreneur provides a maintenance contract for the lifting trucks for a period of 10 years. The Entrepreneur provides training for this maintenance of the refrigeration installations.
