- The assignment concerns the design works of a pavilion and demolition of the second pavilion of the Kontakt community center in Orbanlaan 54, 1150 Sint-Pieters-Woluwe. The pavilions of GC Kontakt are not safe to be used further for the activities of the center. There are various safety problems and the electrical installation was rejected. The pavilions consist of an old steel support structure, with filling in. The plates above the windows contain asbestos. The roof is not insulated, the roof covering is not very new and the steel trusses need maintenance. The left -wing pavilion is currently empty and is used as storage space for the bicycle library, awaiting the furnishing works. The work will be carried out in two phases: 1. First phase: furnishing works of the left pavilion. 2. Second phase: Demolition of the right pavilion.
