Description:
The purpose of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement for body washing, where the sub -assignments are always performed on call via an order form.
The period of the assignment is 4 years.
The plots are divided as follows:
Plot 1 damp washcloths and hair washing hood for one -off USAGE
Damp washcloths one -time use 3% with Dimethicone
Plot 2 damp washcloths and hair washing hood for one -time use
Moist washcloths one -time use without dimethicone
Hairdresser
Plot 3 damp washcloths and hair wash cap antibacterial
Moist washcloths one -time use antibacterial
Hairwasket Antibacterial
The assignment is an assignment in the context of Plexus in which the contracting authority also acts in the name of other contracting plexus hospitals, see I.2 Identity of the client.
The estimate of the need is the respective estimate for each of the participating plexus hospitals. The estimate does not mean a commitment for the quantity to be purchased.
The supplier delivers at each of the specified lodges.
The deliveries for all plots must be made at the following delivery addresses unless otherwise indicated on the order form and inside the indicated hour closed
