- Through this government contract, ILvA is looking for a supplier to supply collection vehicles for paper, with a maintenance and repair contract. The assignment consists of a fixed part (4 collection trucks) and a conditional part (3 collection trucks). The need for these three additional collection vehicles is iquite unclear, given the changing composition of paper and cardboard, and the changing energy and fuel conditions. In order to spread the financial effort and avoid unnecessary expenditure, the contracting authority seems advisable to work with a conditional part. Theimplementation of the conditional part depends on a decision by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will not make a decision in the first 6 months after the closure of the permanent part. The contracting authority can make this decision up to 30 months after the closing of the contractJob. The decision will be notified to the contractor by registered letter within this period. If the contracting authority does not make a decision within this period, the conditional part will lapse and the contract will be limited to the fixed part, namely 4 collection trucks.
It concerns a delivery with purchase. There are two mandatory options, which consist of taking over three CNG collection trucks from ILvA's existing fleet and an oil level control system.
