Description:
The object of the order concerns: Delivery of Lenalidomide 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 25 mg capsules to the hospital pharmacy. The medicine in question must in any case be registered/licensed for use in the market in Belgium in accordance with the relevant legislation andmust also be reimbursable in accordance with the RIZIV regulations. Given the current patient base treated with lenalidomide, the tenderer must demonstrate that at least reimbursement is available in accordance with the RIZIV regulations with regard to all paragraph numbers below according toChapter IV of the list of reimbursable pharmaceutical specialties (as described in the Royal Decree of 01.02.2018), for the entire term of the agreement. The reimbursement within these paragraphs is a minimum requirement (cf. Appendix: Minimum requirements). During the term of this oagreement, it is expected that the medicine will always come from the same manufacturer. 1. In the event that the entrepreneur (first in the ranking) cannot meet the demand for delivery, the Contracting Authority/Participating Entity is entitled to obtain supplies from the supplier in case of urgency.contractor who is next in the ranking (and if he is unable to do so, again at the next one and so on) and the Entrepreneur will be obliged to reimburse the additional price to the Contracting Authority/Participating Entity by way of compensation.2.The Contracting Authority and the Participating Entities guarantee...
