Description: Via a new DBM-type public market (Design, Build & Maintain), the Defense wishes to acquire 10 new prefabricated compact shelters (a shelter for each critical communication node), in which all the necessary technical support installations are integrated. The file provides for the acquisition, installation, connection and commissioning of the following shelter solutions:
• 4 shelters for type B1 sites (= regional impact critical communication nodes on the global communication network (extended server equipment))
• 6 shelters for type B2 sites (= critical regional impact communication nodes on the operational communication network of a few specific neighborhoods (more limited servers and radio communication)).
Specifically, the following technical installations must be integrated into the ABR solution.
