- The assignment provides for the delivery, implementation, maintenance and support of a new municipal website. The website is an important communication channel between the administration and the residents, and must meet today's requirements user-friendliness, accessibility, security and integration with other digital services. The assignment also includes: * the delivery of the necessary Dutch-language documentation; * the maintenance and support of the software; * the training of it personnel for using the system; * having free access to the data in the database; * the necessary licenses; * conversion of existing data and project guidance during implementation; * hosting and technical follow-up. Because of the nature of this assignment, which includes technical as well as functional and graphic aspects, it is necessary for a high-quality execution to be able to optimally tailor the tenderers' offer through negotiations to the specific needs of the contracting authority. Such an approach allows to maximum guarantee the quality, user-friendliness and cost-efficiency of the proposed solutions. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial registrations, without conducting negotiations.
