Description:
The assignment includes it 2 times a week (on Monday and Thursday) delivering "dry food" to the central kitchen of the PC Sint-Hieronymus in Dalstraat 84A, 9100 Sint-Niklaas for a period of 1 year (from 1/12/2025 to 30/11/2026) with the possibility to extend by 1 year. For all Items, both included in the inventory and in the catalog, is the price based on a fixed percentage discount on the catalog price. The catalog price with public rates is made available by the tenderer supplier throughout the entire duration of the assignment. The tenderer states in the quotation where this online catalog is made available. The catalog and the corresponding rates of the tenderer will be delivered free of charge by the tenderer and will be updated by the tenderer during the assignment with the applicable rates that are applicable Based on the evolution of the public online catalog. The percentage discount is fixed for the full duration of the assignment. To compare the quality, similar samples will be requested from both the inventory and from the catalog at an agreed time.
