Description:
Object of these deliveries: compostable and bio -breakable bags (also called bio bags) for a period of three years (presumably from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028), with a presumably number of items to be ordered: 3,500,000 pieces. The precise start date is stated in theClosing letter. It is a framework agreement with one company within the meaning of Article 2 35 of the Government Conduct Act. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 220,000 euros. As soon as the ordered value reaches this threshold, the framework agreement ends, even when the further statedduration has not yet been completely elapsed. It is a delivery with purchase. During the term, the assignment consists of different orders as determined in the specifications and in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. These orders have their own delivery time. The deliverieshappen centralized in the warehouse of ILVA, Industrielaan 18, 9320 Aalst (Erembodegem).
