The framework agreement is concluded with one participant, in accordance with art. 43, §4 Public Prosecution Act.
TheFramework agreement is carried out by placing assignments based on the framework agreement ('partial assignments' or 'orders') depending on the actual needs, without the aid for the quantities to be purchased.
