Description:
Delivery and support (reporting, advice) of a secure DNS (Domain Name System) service (software, licenses), which offers extra security at DNS level to protect against cyber dangers such as malware, ransomware, Phising.
This service must be hosted with the contractor/partners (Cloud) without additional hardware costs.
The purpose of this assignment is to conclude a framework agreement for 4 years (with the possibility of extending for 1 year) as long as the estimated amount is not exceeded.
BelNet places this assignment in the market for its own needs, but also To be able to act as a "reseller" for the members of its community.
The closing of this assignment does not grant the tenderers exclusive rights.
BelNet can, even during the period of validity of the assignment, services/deliveries that are identical or comparable to those in this special Cutlery has been described, having other entrepreneurs or their own services performed. In this case, the contractors cannot demand any form of reimbursement.
This special specifications determine the legal, financial and technical framework for the relations between the beneficiary parties and the contractor during its validity.
