Delivery and support of a product management software for identity and customer access (CIAM)
We are looking for an identity management software product and customer access (CIAM). The product will implement the standard CIAM functions such as the management of user identities and profiles, authentication, multifactorial authentication, self-service functions and unique authentication (SSO). The product will use industry standards (OAUTH2, OIDC, SAML) both as an identity provider for digital services and applications of the ELIA group, and as a customer other business identity providers and external/ social. CIAM will manage customer and partners' accounts. Thanks to the Federation, it will also allow internal users to authenticate themselves with their corporate accounts. The CIAM product will be flexible to adapt to current and future use cases (not yet known) and to integrate into existing applications.
