Description:
Government buildings with an annual consumption of more than 250 MWh are required to place solar panels at their locations.
IVAGO falls under this legal obligation.
The tenderer must offer a total solution (design, implementation and maintenance).
The delivery and placement of solar panelshappens at 6 locations and a total of 7 buildings owned by IVAGO.
The tenderer is expected, among other things:
- Structural checking of the load-bearing structures of the selected roofs, to have certainty that the roofs can handle the installation designed by the tenderer
- DESIGN, Deliveryand installation of an installation of 15 kWp each, provided on the 6 recycling parks on the roof of the KGA- AEEE
- design, delivery and installation of 145 kWp, provided on the roof of the warehouse and/or the winter garage
- deliver permanent access and fall protectionfacilities on every roof in function of the necessary maintenance during the lifetime of these new installations
- monitoring and the useful maintenance of the new installations to guarantee its revenues
IVAGO must have this cutlery at the latest at the end of June 2025allocated, for implementation within the following months.
