Description:
Delivery and installation of a water treatment plant based on membrane filtration for the reuse of purified industrial waste water to soft process water TMVW is responsible for supplying drinking water on the site of Tereos Starch & Sweeners Europe in Aalst and has been providing the production of ultrapuur demineralized water for the CHP and the backup steam boilers on the site for six years. TMVW will expand these activities in 2023 with the production of process water D.M.v. A new water treatment installation. TEREOS purifies its waste water itself into a biological water treatment plant (WZI), after which the effluent is discharged on the surface water (Dender). Part of this WZI effluent will be used by TMVW for water reuse as 35 m³ / u soft process water. This installation based on membrane filtration will be operated by TMVW and forms the subject of this assignment.
