This assignment includes one plot: It relates to the delivery and installation of a modular ion chromatography system for the analysis of carbohydrates consisting of: - a quaternary gradient pump with built -in Degasser from inert material that does not experience corrosion of contact with acid and basic liquids - a cooled autosampler for standard HPLC Vials (1.5 ml) with 3 separate trays, capacity minimum 100 samples (injection into full -loop and partial -loop mode) - an electrochemical detector with detector and reference electroode. Detectors can be connected such as a UV detector, conductivity detector and a mass spectrometer - a GoHermostatized column compartment - an eluent compartment with 4 supplied bottles suitable for the mobile phases used - 2 types of columns with accompanying guard column with inert Packing material, suitable for the analysis of mono, oligo and polysaccharides (including 1 suitable for samples after acid hydrolysis of biomass), resistant to printing 3000 PSI and a pH stability of 0-14- software and licenses for multiple devices- Maintenance kit for the pump and detector - Full installation after delivery - Family and application training on site - Training days for users - factory warranty + a longer term for spare parts and repairs is rated in the award criteria.
