Description:
Purpose of the works frame the intended works to protect European protected species such as godwit, curlew and quail king. The location of the plots on which works are planned areshown on the cards in attachment. The area was referred to by the European Union as a Habitats Directive area and is part of the Natura 2000 network. As a result, a number of vegetations and habitats are protected next to a wholeList of rare animal species (species and habitats of the Habitats Directive). These works are aimed at restoring these Natura 2000 habitats. Nature of the assignment The works cover various work zones and include: - Remove existing grazing griders - deliver and installtemporary fox grid - delivering and placing a fixed meadow bird's grid - delivering and installing adapted double ports - supply and installing power threaded devices - grab and mowing - optimize microreliaf - delivering tubes - flail mow
