- For the delivery and installation of alu windows, work comprehensive: windows:-Profile system: the aluminum profiles are extruded from the alloy and AW6060 according to EN 573-3. The mechanical characteristics meet the standard EN 755-2 with after-treatment T66. The surface treatment is a thermoharding polyester powder paint under an electrostatic voltage and bears the Qualicoat label with the following guarantees: 5 years of color fastness and 10 years on adhesion. The thermally insulated aluminum profiles have a building depth of 68 mm (frame) and 77 mm (wing). The profile combination is right along the outside. The middle seal between the fixed frame and wing is responsible for the perfect wind and water resistance, good drainage and a separation between the cold and warm rooms. Corner connections are carefully performed with an eye for the thermal interruption. Sufficient drainage openings are provided and the number of hinges depends on the width of the wing.
