- At the moment, citizens, associations, companies, ... Within the Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht local administration, both telephone (via the KCC) and online (via the appointment module on the website) can record an appointment with a certain service. Before the merger between the three municipalities were for this Three separate systems, albeit from the same supplier. The new board has the ambition to replace these three systems with one generic system for the entire merger municipality. This assignment includes two aspects: the software (appointment module and customer guidance software) and the accompanying Hardware (ticket columns with printer and screens).
