The present assignment is an assignment for deliveries and has the object to deliver High Power Laser for the Urology Service in the operating theater of the Hospital Oost-Limburg, Maas and Kempen.
In addition to the purchase and delivery of the devices, a maintenance contract is also concluded and Consumables are taken.
Explanation of the assignment:
The present assignment concerns the purchase of a laser with a high Peak power (High Power Holmium) for ao. Next applications:
- Enucleation of the prostate with efficient coagulation for hemostasis
- Treatment van kidney stones
2, 20 of the Government Consultations Act.
We will work with one quotation for the purchase of the devices, a comprehensive maintenance contract and Reusable Fibers (consumables)
A variant quotation is allowed and exists From a quote for the purchase of the devices, an OMNIUM maintenance contract and disposable fibers (consumables).
The assignment is not subdivided into plots.
Furthermore, a required option is provided:
- Omnium maintenance contract
The assignment consists of 2 parts:
- The delivery and commissioning of the devices
- The implementation of a maintenance contract
