Description:
Explanation: object of these deliveries: Delivery and preparation of all medication according to the applicable regulations, parapermacie and oxygen, to 140 permanent residents of the residential care center and 7 temporary residents of the Center for Short Stay = total of 147 people. The medication is delivered to the maximum in Individual Medication Packaging (IMV) per moment of administration. All medication (incl. Ointments, syrups, plasters, etc.) in accordance with the regulations, is prepared per resident per day by the pharmacist / supplier in the planned trays of the Distribution Plateau of the De Meander residential care center. The 147 residents of the De Meander residential care center are spread over 4 nursing units, namely: - De Oever: 27 people - The flow, the barrier and the scaffolding: each 40 residents per department The tenderer gives special attention to the technical provisions as they are crucial for the contracting authority.
