Description:
It concerns the complete demolition of a building including the floors present, foundations, any cellars, installations, sewers and wells, adjacent pavements and the like. Any hard contaminants that are present in the substrate as a result of the construction works such as Rubbing, core grain and the like must be removed by sift the relevant soil. The rubble share is removed, the land share can remain on site and used for the re -supplementation of the construction site. The construction site that is lagging behind after the demolition of the building is supplemented up to the ground level. For your information: the site will be set up as a green zone in the future. Important points for attention with the demolition are: • Asbestos: the building contains asbestos -containing materials / see demolition follow -up plan with asbestos inventory in the attachment. • Environmental factors: the Immediately on the right and behind the building belong to the Befraafplaats and in principle fall outside the project zone. There are some large trees around the building. These must be preserved and the contractor takes measures if necessary to protect these trees against possible damage as result of the demolition works. The site zone is easily accessible and is located next to a cemetery on a quiet neighborhood road. There is limited space on the plot itself to organize the yard.
