Description:
It concerns the complete demolition of a building including the floors present, foundations, any cellars, installations, sewers and wells, adjacent pavements and the like. Any hard contaminants that are present in the substrate as a result of the structures such as rock rubble, core grain and the like must be removed more by sifting the land in question. The rubble share is removed, the land share can remain on site and used for the re -supplementation of the construction site. The construction site that lags behind is supplemented after the demolition of the building to the ground level. For your information: the site will be set up as a green zone in the future. Important points for attention with the demolition are: • Asbestos: the building contains asbestos -containing materials / see demolition follow -up plan with asbestos inventory in the attachment. • Environmental factors: the grounds immediately right and behind the building belong to the Bepraafplaats and in principle fall outside the project zone.
