- The assignment concerns a DBm assignment (Design, Build & Maintain) for the new construction of a public swimming pool linked to the existing sports hall in Veurne. The project includes the complete design, construction and maintenance of a multifunctional swimming pool complex suitable for competitive swimming (non-Olympic), school swimming and recreational use. The maintenance covers a period of 2 years after final delivery. The maintenance between provisional and final acceptance, which in addition to guaranteeing the techniques offered have the same content as the maintenance referred to above after final delivery, must be included in the construction cost price. The swimming pool will have various swimming zones and associated technical installations, designed with attention to sobriety, energy efficiency, accessibility (A+), low operating costs and an integrated connection to the current sports hall. The budget as registered in the multi-year plan amounts to EUR 15,000,000 incl. VAT for the total project.
