Description:
Building a daycare center in Aarschotsebaan 196, 2590 Berlaar. Assignment for earthworks, structural work, roofing, exterior joinery, façade coverings, interior finishing, fluïda techniques, electrical techniques, painting, environmental works. The project concerns the construction of a daycare center that will offer space for two living groups. The main volume consists of two storeys under a flat roof, in the garden zone there is an outbuilding. The buildings are conceived as a prefab concrete structure to obtain a rapid lead time of the construction phase. The whole must be able to be taken into use at the end of 2025. An assumption has been made of the supporting structure of the building. In the appendix to the file, the report of the geotechnical research has been added so that any stability calculations can be made by the tenderer's study service. The EPB study and the advice of the local fire brigade have also been added to the file.
