Description:
It is a framework agreement of services whose object is double. On the one hand, by the end of this framework agreement, the PA wishes to go from a completely on-site data environment to a fully functional data environment located in the Azure Cloud. The PA wishes to be assisted inThe implementation of this evolution, in the broadest possible sense of the term. On the other hand, the PA wishes to ensure a sustainable partnership with a contractor who will be able to assist it in the deployment and implementation of new technologies, in particular artificial intelligence.
