Description:
The assignment includes the daily and periodic maintenance of buildings of the municipality of Kortenberg.
This concerns the cleaning of rooms, corridors, offices, stairwells, sanitary installations and furniture in various buildings.
In addition, performance is requested via Ad Hoc assignments.
On the one hand, to to accommodate varying occupancy of the buildings during holiday periods and weekends and, on the other hand, to replace a municipal staff member during a period of absence.
To carry out these services, the tenderer must include the relevant information in the inventory (Appendix C). hourly rates.
