Description:
This service contract comprises 2 lots: 1. Framework agreement for the daily and thorough cleaning service of STIB metro trains; 2. Framework agreement for the monitoring service for cleaning services on STIB metro trains. Each lot will be awarded to 2 biddersaximum. Each candidate will be able to submit an offer for 1 lot.
Lot 1 will be awarded to a main successful bidder (NO1) and a secondary "reserve" successful bidder (NO2) (see note below). This lot mainly concerns the daily and thorough cleaning of the interior of cars of the mBrussels metro (passenger compartments, driving positions) current and future. This includes in particular: • Daily interior cleaning, at night and 7 days a week, of metro cars in current metro sheds (Delta, Jacques Brel and Erasme) and future ones; • Cleaningindoor traffic, at night and 7 days a week, metro cars on the sidings (current and future) excluding sheds; • Daily interior cleaning of metro cars, during the day during operating hours on the lines (current and future) of the metro network; • THEthorough cleaning, at night and 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, of metro cars in current metro sheds (Delta, Jacques Brel and Erasme) and future ones; • Urgent cleaning interventions, on call and 24 hours a day, on the metro network and in current metro sheds (Delt...
