- In Area North East (NE) there are a number of buildings (signal houses, logistics centers, etc.) from Infrabel where "heating installations" on gas or fuel oil were installed for heating the building and the sanitary hot water facility. Within the limits of this specifications, the service provider is responsible for following up and on-the of the various heating installations of the various buildings of Infrabel as well as for the execution of legally required heating audits and inspection of the accompanying electrical plates.
