Cutlery no. 21-HO-004-E construction of a skate park in the old swimming pool of the sports complex in the Sport Vlaanderen center Hofstade Lot 1: demolition, structural work, and finish
After the swimming pool, as part of the sports complex, Zandstraat 3, 1981 Hofstade, closed in 2019 because of a number of safety reasons, the swimming pool is empty. The current cutlery is part of the redesign of the swimming pool into an indoor skate park in the street discipline The target audience of the skate park are top athletes on the one hand, who will use the park as a training infrastructure pre-international competitions, and on the other hand a wide skate audience with a different practice level. The works were split into different lots to prepare the building for the new function:- Lot 1: Demolition / structural work / Fire safety / Finishing lot 2: Adjustment of Techniques HVACS installation- Lot 3: Adjustment of techniques ELEC installation Lot 4: Skateinroadte works make up the subject of individual government assignments. The tenderer keeps in mind that his implementation planning will have to be done in consultation with these other contractors.
