Description:
As part of a copper flight contained in transformers of the old traction sub-station of Marbehan, a large amount of mineral oil has been poured into the soil. According to current knowledge, this mineral oil is mainly in the form of a floating layer to the right of two vandalized transformers. The objective of this call for tenders is mainly to excavate the earth to reach this floating layer, eliminate polluted land. The floating layer itself will be pumped and treated with a subcontractor already active on site: etph. In addition, it will also be necessary to demolish the gutters in order to verify the absence of polish under them. The emergency is justified by the continuous dispersion of pollution via ground-hearting water as long as the nucleus of pollution is not eliminated. Planning point of view, close coordination will be necessary with another subcontracting company already designated to demolish the old traction base.
