- This market is a service market. This market concerns the repair and rewinding of the BT windings of the B and C phases of the T1B transformer of the Avernas post and includes the following phases:- Extraction of bons B and C- Cleaning, Drying and dimensions of coils B and C- Supply and installation of 2 new BT windings for the B and C phases - reassembly of the upper cylinder head and the clamping frame of the magnetic circuit - Shaping of new connections and reassembly of the cover - Oil -spray treatment to completely dry the active part - tightening the active part - put under tank of the active part and bolts of the cover - degassing and drying of oils in the storage tank and oil sample socket - Vacuum filling of the transformer, oil sample intake and sealing control for 24 hours - Draft of the transformer and vacuum for 24 hours - vacuum filling of the transformer and circulate oil ion (3 times the volume) and oil sample socket - complete transformer's reassembly - Retancing of accessories - high pressure cleaning and complete degreasing from the exterior of ...
