- The market will be a joint market for the companies Mix-cité and Habitat Invesdre. Everything will be invoiced to Mix-Cité, except for the Ureba stations, which will be invoiced to Habitat Invesdre. The project consists of the rehabilitation of an office building into housing social and community equipment following the following program: • R-1: development of technical premises, kitchen, cellars, changing rooms, toilets • R+0: development of offices • R+1: development of 5 apartments • R+2: development of 5 apartments • R+3 : development of 4 apartments • R+4: extension and development of a multipurpose room and terraces This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general and succinct description of the work to be carried out): • Complete asbestos removal of the building • Major renovation of the entire building Part of the project is optional, these concern the following points: • -OPTION 1- refilling of the openings in the party wall opening towards the neighboring building • -OPTION 2- creation of the extension on the R+4 level • -OPTION 3- fittings and finishing of the offices on the R+0 level The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the technical clauses and the summary measurement annexed to the special specifications.
