Description:
The assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a recognized security company for the performance of security tasks in the cruise terminal (ABC building or other buildings) or at other locations where cruise ships moor in the port of Zeebrugge.
The assignment relates to thenext service: 79710000-4 security services.
POAB expects an average of 190 cruise ship calls, carrying approximately 450,000 passengers annually, mainly from Great Britain, Germany and the United States of America. The language spoken with the passengers is English.
Most cruiseseships stay in the port of Zeebrugge between 8 am and 6 pm. Continuous deployment may be required for consecutive ships, simultaneous calls of multiple ships or ships on overnight stay.
The tenderer is already informed that he has the necessary equipment for the exportand must make the assignment (including metal detection porches and RX scanners) available to POAB on a rental basis. The assignment will also consist of the use of K9 dogs.
