- This contract is a works contract which concerns the creation of an urban park in the city center (site address: rue des Martyrs de Soltau - 7060 Soignies). This work is the subject of subsidies granted by the SPW - Wallonia environment in the context of adaptation to the climate crisis (fight against heat islands in urban centers). Roads suitable for motor vehicles are not affected by these subsidies and are the subject of a separate contract taken care of by the real estate developer. The latter reserves the right to choose its own contractor to carry out this road work. He will also be able to consult the successful bidder selected by the city for the park work so that he can give him a price reduction for the part of the road work which is his responsibility. The various contractors will also intervene on the site to install their respective networks (Ores, SWDE, VOO, Proximus, etc.).
