This market is a work market which includes the execution of the following work (general description of the work to be carried out): realization of the surroundings within the framework of the renovation of a building for a pole of childhood in Fleurus (revival) The works described above are not not exhaustive. The details of the work is resumed in the technical clauses and the summary sistapper annexed to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the entrepreneur must carry out the work according to the rules of the art. The places of execution are defined as follows (see also Plans and metrics): Chaussee de Charleroi, 266 to 6220 Fleurus All the materials to be implemented in this market are new and are to be provided by the entrepreneur, unless the special specifications specify it otherwise. As part of this market, the contractor intends to fight against social dumping and social fraud.
