- Creation of a pedestrian link between rue Sainte-Marguerite and rue de Hesbaye passing through the Franciscan public park at 4000 cork, including the creation of a metal staircase, access gates as well as the restoration of old walls.
This work market includes the realization of a deactivated concrete path leading from the top of rue Sainte-Marguerite to rue de Hesbaye. The main access is rue Sainte-Marguerite. A first area at a road front, between adjoining and old walls is called "Court". It is followed by a wooded area called "garden" which leads to an area known as "Park" (the Parc des Franciscains) located more than 5m below. The market includes the creation of the metal staircase allowing the crossing of this elevation as well as the adjoining access and separation grids. Lighting, outside the market, is planned along the path as well as at the access points. The market also includes the plant layout of spaces, the placement of a drinking terminal and urban furniture as well as the treatment of peripheral walls on the site.
