The contract is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: General crane work (in support of the technical services) - Lot 2: Maintenance of the canals - Lot 3: Assistance to the cemetery team The contracting authority chooses to award this framework agreement to several tenderers according to the cascade system. This means the following: - upon award, the selected tenderers are ranked according to the number of points achieved on the award criteria - the contracting authority direct all individual calls to the first ranked tenderer - if the first ranked tenderer cannot deliver due to justified or unjustified circumstances in accordance with the modalities specified in these specifications, the contracting party can government will pass on the order for the individual call-off to the next ranked tenderer (and if this tenderer is unable to do so, to the next ranked tenderer, etc.), without the latter being entitled to all subsequent calls and without the former being entitled to compensation. - if a contractor of this framework agreement is declared in default twice by the contracting authority, due to execution not in accordance with the specifications or serious complaints, the contracting authority establishes the unilateral termination of the framework agreement by this supplier solely by the fact of establishing the third infringement.
