Description:
This assignment aims to receive measurement results from the measurement of mobile coverage of the Belgian railways by the four active mobile operators, both outside and inside the trains. It implies the intervention of external expertise to automated, accurate and reproducible to implement measurements. The assignment requires the installation of the necessary measurement setups on the trains and the processing of the measured data by the provider with a view to checking and publishing the resulting data by the BIPT. The provider will provide the necessary measurement setups To collect data about the mobile coverage of the Belgian Railways. This includes the connectivity outside the train sets, as well as the connectivity of passengers inside the train sets. With the resulting data, the coverage of the track is mapped.
