This assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the transport of domestic and foreign packages. This assignment comprises three (3) plots: • Lot 1: Close a framework agreement for package, express, and / or courier services for sending and / or receiving packages to destinations within Belgium, Europe and the rest of the world. • Lot 2: Shutting down a framework agreement for sending clinical trials to destinations in Belgium, Europe and the rest of the world. The shipment only includes shipments that fall under UN3373, in addition to the drying ice-terms (UN1845). The courier service must be able to guarantee the packaging and dry ice. Special rates are requested to send packages that are strictly taken under Un3373, but which do include specimen of human / animal origin. (Blood samples, urine stations, tissue, ...). • Lot 3: Shutting down a framework agreement for specialized shipments worldwide. We would like to appoint a service provider that can arrange special transports such as dangerous goods (eg UN2814), expensive and fragile equipment, and here ... - Documents:
