- • Corrective (palliative and curative) and preventive maintenance of the GIS: performance monitoring, installation of patches, keeping the software system up to date, recommendations on the infrastructure, anticipation of problems, support and repair of damage; • Evolutionary maintenance of the GIS: o Based on needs issued by the OTW, management of the entire development chain (analysis, proposal of solutions, development, tests, deployment, training and support). o From proactively, the tenderer proposes to the contracting authority new methods and functionalities offered by the ESRI platform, as well as the possibilities for technical development. It details, where applicable, the cost, impacts and value. added; • Training of GIS users and administrators: based on requests made by the OTW, training services either based on standard training from a catalog, or in ad hoc development.
