• AMENDMENT NOTICE - NETWORK QUALIFICATION SYSTEM (03/01/2024 - 02/28/2029) Modification of the diploma requirement in fountainwork Company qualification system within the SWDE, "Networks" system, applicable from 03/01/2024 until 02/28/2029, used as part of the execution of pipe laying work intended for the transport and distribution of water. The classification is carried out by approval classes. It includes 8 lists based on the 8 approval classes. The qualification system is based in particular on the possession of a contractor approval in subcategory C2. The places where the work will be carried out are located in the territory of the Walloon Region. Based on the estimated amount of work to be carried out, the adjudicator will invite participate in the public procurement procedure all contractors with the estimated approval class, those with a higher approval class, as well as those with a class directly lower than the estimated class. Ex: Class 5 estimated Entrepreneurs appearing in the class 5 list, those with a class 6 or 7 or 8 as well as those appearing in the class 4 list will be invited.
