- In order to continue the program further and the underlying sub -projects, support is requested in various areas: ▪ Monitoring the strategic objectives and benefits to be achieved ▪ Monitor the KPIs to be realized for the defined capabilities andProjects ▪ Maintaining, managing, following up and further developing the planning of the different phases with overview of the Deliverables, dependencies, risks and assumptions ▪ General program coordination on the basis of a uniform methodology and elaborated Governance for the programAnd the underlying projects ▪ Project management on the basis of a uniform methodology including management internal and external project team (s) ▪ Project guidance of specific subprojects with the aim of achieving project -specific capabilities. For this, Igean is looking for a team existingFrom at least one program manager and one project manager, which will collaborate intensely with the IGEAN Team. In addition, for punctual expertise, IGEAN wishes to be able to appeal to supporting profiles.
