This market is aimed at the appointment of an approved control organization with a view to monitoring and technical control of studies and execution on the entire project, the following elements: - The closed structure of buildings including, among other things, the facade complex, external carpentry, masonry of re-employment of gable facades, external sunscreen and balconies; - the entire structural work and completions of the roads and external arrangements; - Fire safety only at the study stage; - the expected performance of the works (acoustics, PEB, air tightness). This monitoring and technical control, both during the study and the execution, will be accompanied by presence and participation in various meetings. The control by this approved organization will unreservedly allow the application of guarantees to the entire works delivered, bearing both on design and on the execution and control of the execution of the works, covered by insurer organizations both for entrepreneurs, the promoter and service providers (architects, engineers, etc.) The mission of the control office aims for this primary objective, all Services described in this specifications are motivated by this objective. This market is the subject of a firm phase for the study and conditional group phases for the execution phases (see special specifications for more information).
